Deze volledig gerenoveerde schuur uit de 19e eeuw heeft haar authentieke, poëtische uitstraling behouden. Ondergedompeld in honderd hectare wijngaarden en pruimenbomen is Casa Batoca een enclave van landelijke ontspanning en eenvoud.
Ideaal gelegen in Villeneuve de Duras, op het kruispunt van de Lot et Garonne, de Dordogne en de Gironde, ligt onze gîte op korte afstand van de luchthavens van Bordeaux en Bergerac en de treinstations van Sainte Foy la Grande en Marmande.
Voor golfliefhebbers ligt de golfbaan van Vigiers op slechts 12 minuten van de gîte.
