Aan de rand van het dorp Saint Brice Sur Vienne strekt het uitgestrekte, volledig omheinde terrein zich uit tussen de rivier en de kleine spoorlijn die overdag een tiental pendeldiensten verzorgt tussen Limoges en Saint Junien. De villa van Florian, Anne Sophie en hun twee kinderen van 4 en 6 grenst aan een recenter gebouw dat is omgebouwd tot een comfortabele gîte. Een zwembad van 12x6 m wordt gedeeld van mei tot eind september. De gîte geeft uit op een overdekt terras en een groot grasveld dat volledig privé is van de gîte en waar je niet op uitkijkt. De sobere, verfijnde inrichting nodigt uit tot ontspannen en delen. In de buurt: Saint Junien, stad van leer en Corot site, Rochechouart met zijn rijke erfgoed en hedendaagse kunst museum, Oradour Sur Glane plaats van herinnering, bowling, lasergame, kanoën en wandelen, er is voor elk wat wils!
