Op de grens van de Lot en de Corrèze, in een verfijnde natuurlijke discretie, zetten Chantal en Michel Guerby-Aussel een traditie, bijna een legende, voort: het hotelcafé Aussel (4e generatie) is een gerenommeerd restaurant geworden dat beantwoordt aan het begeerde patroniem van "Bonne Famille". De ouderwetse gevel met zijn vele charmes en het terras uit het verleden zijn genesteld in dit kleine dorp in de buurt van Martel, in harmonie met de natuur
Alle kamers zijn in 2020 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van airconditioning. Ze bevinden zich in een bijgebouw en hebben uitzicht op het dorp of de tuin. Gratis wifi en parkeerplaats, evenals toegang tot het verwarmde buitenzwembad (zomerseizoen), sauna, fitnessruimte, tennisbaan met minibasketbal en bowlingbaan.
