De "heuvel" van Fronsac wordt genoemd. Door zijn hoge ligging was het een strategisch punt en Karel de Grote bouwde er een fort. Laten we ook niet vergeten dat we ons in een van de mooiste appellations van Bordeaux bevinden. Dit is een bijzonder landschap, heuvelachtig, vol geschiedenis, authenticiteit en woongenot. Op een heuvel met uitzicht op de Isle en de Dordogne wacht u een groot huis met karakter van 240 m², met een adembenemend uitzicht van 360° over de valleien en hellingen.
