Er zijn ook een aantal voorzieningen in de buurt in het dorp (kruidenier, bakker, kiosk, spelletjes, enz.).
Het huis heeft airconditioning op de begane grond en bestaat uit een goed uitgeruste keuken die uitkomt op de woonkamer met zithoek en eethoek, een badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Boven is er een aparte slaapkamer (een tweede slaapkamer kan op verzoek worden gecreëerd).
Voor zonnige dagen is er een terras met tuinmeubilair, dat uitkijkt op een privétuin.
