De gîte "Le séchoir d'Alice" ligt in een rustig gehucht aan de rand van het Dubbelbos, ideaal voor mooie wandelingen.
Dit grote landhuis is gerenoveerd op traditionele wijze, met terracotta vloertegels, stenen muren en zichtbare balken.
De begane grond bestaat uit een keuken die uitkomt op de eetkamer met zijn "cantou" (traditionele Périgourdine open haard), een ontspanningsruimte met spelletjes voor kinderen, een grote woonkamer met bank, fauteuils en tv, een badkamer en wc.
