Arnaud Genty, Maître Canardier en Toques Normandes, runt dit familiebedrijf met passie, in een barok decor met enkele moderne accenten. Bij mooi weer kunt u genieten op het buitenterras. Wat de keuken betreft, biedt de chef verfijnde, traditionele en regionale gerechten (Rouen eend à la Presse kan 24 uur van tevoren worden besteld).
