De producten van Terres d'Adour zijn afkomstig van boerderijen of culturen die de cycli van de natuur respecteren. Hun foie gras eenden zijn een goede illustratie van hun hoge kwaliteitsnormen en hun inzet. De palmvruchten van Terres d'Adour, van traditionele, langzaam groeiende stammen, onderscheiden zich door hun hoge gewicht en de kleur van hun verenkleed. Zo produceren hun "mulards" smakelijk en gerijpt vlees met delicate geuren en levers met zeldzame smaken. Terres d'Adour is een winkel in Donzacq in de Landes Chalosse die hele, halfgare en geconserveerde foies gras, magrets, gebraden magrets met Espelette chili, aiguillettes, tournedos, manchons, harten, kuit, vinnen, confits en ook gekookte gerechten (axoa, garbure...) aanbiedt. Terres d'Adour heeft ook een winkel en een restaurant "La cuisine" in Dax.
