De nieuwe, modulaire Salle des Mirandes is ontworpen om te voldoen aan de behoeften en verwachtingen van verenigingen, particulieren en bedrijven voor allerlei soorten evenementen gedurende het hele jaar.
Met een capaciteit van 450 kan deze grote zaal worden verdeeld in twee zalen met elk 188 en 265 zitplaatsen, elk met een eigen keuken en bar.
In de grootste opstelling kunnen verwijderbare tribunes worden gebruikt om de zaal om te vormen tot een volwaardig auditorium met 350 zitplaatsen.
De zaal is uitgerust met basistechnologie voor algemene behoeften, kleedkamers voor artiesten, een buitenterras en ruime parkeergelegenheid.
