Op 13 juni 1944, toen de Tweede Wereldoorlog zijn laatste fase inging, werden 106 Maquis van de Manises Maquis, meestal jongeren uit Revin en omgeving die geweigerd hadden deel te nemen aan de verplichte arbeidsdienst, door de SS afgeslacht op de hoogten van Le Malgré Tout, op een plaats die Le Père des Chênes heet.Elk jaar, op 13 juni, verzamelen de plaatselijke bevolking en persoonlijkheden zich rond de Calvarieberg van de Manises, op de open plek van de Père des Chênes, voor een herdenkingsplechtigheid, waarna ze op de terugweg naar Revin stoppen om kransen te leggen aan de voet van het Monument voor de Maquis, opgericht op de helling van de Malgré-Tout.Vrij bezoek
