Villa gelegen in het centrum van Luchon. Het dichtstbijzijnde visgebied ligt op 200 m en heet de Pique, een zijrivier van de Garonne. Er zijn talrijke bergbeken en meren van gemiddelde en grote hoogte op korte afstand. De villa is uitgerust om de vissers te ontvangen, in het bijzonder voor de bewaring van het levend aas en de schikking, het drogen van het materiaal.
De voorzitter van het plaatselijke visserijcomité staat onmiddellijk ter beschikking als buurman en adviseur om inheemse soorten, waaronder de Fario-forel, te bespreken.
