Villa situata nel centro di Luchon. La zona di pesca più vicina si trova a 200 metri di distanza e si chiama Pique, un torrente affluente della Garonna. A breve distanza si trovano numerosi torrenti e laghi di montagna di media e alta quota. La villa è attrezzata per accogliere i pescatori in particolare per la conservazione delle esche vive e la sistemazione, l'essiccazione del materiale.
Il presidente del comitato di pesca locale è a disposizione come vicino e consulente per discutere delle specie endemiche, tra cui la trota Fario.
