Het is een nieuwe studio voor twee personen, met een terras en een kleine tuin. Het heeft een eigen ingang, en de parkeerplaats is in de tuin van de eigenaar. Het bestaat uit een kamer met een kastbed van 140 cm en een tweepersoonsbank. Het wordt aangevuld met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, met 2 kookplaten, magnetron en koelkast, en een badkamer met douche en toilet. U kunt genieten van een terras met een barbecue. Dicht bij het centrum en het strand.
