Onze conserven worden bereid uit verse grondstoffen, geselecteerd bij plaatselijke producenten. Vers op bestelling; bezoek aan de conservenfabriek op verzoek. L'Armoire à Conserves werd in 2015 bekroond met de prijs "Beste Ambachtsman van Aquitaine" tijdens de wedstrijd Talent Gourmand en lanceert in 2019 een gamma met Franck Putelat, Beste Werkman van Frankrijk 2018. L' Armoire à Conserves maakt deel uit van het netwerk Tourisme Gourmand des Landes. Elke ambassadeur van het netwerk beantwoordt aan strikte specificaties, waarvan de criteria onder meer zijn: aandacht voor het onthaal van de klanten, de promotie van plaatselijke produkten en de verdediging tegen kortsluiting.
