Het strand Grand Large ligt tegenover de parkeerplaats Côte Vermeille op de weg naar Canet Sud.
Om de zee voor iedereen toegankelijk te maken, is het strand tijdens de zomermaanden uitgerust met een eerstehulppost (nr. 5).
De post is aangepast voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit, met douches, kleedkamers, een loopband en een tiralo voor toegang tot het water.
Defibrillator beschikbaar.
