Leiterswiller, een verbonden gemeente van Hoffen, heeft een protestantse kerk waarvan de bijzonderheid is dat het de oudste van de Outre-Forêt is. De klokkentoren is gemaakt van vakwerk, een zeldzaamheid om te bewonderen.
In het begin van de 16e eeuw werd de kerk omgedoopt tot Saint-André. In 1189 stond het bekend als Saint-Aegide. Van 1693 tot 1897 werd het voor beide godsdiensten gebruikt; het was een zogenaamde simultaneumkerk totdat er een katholieke kerk werd gebouwd.
De protestantse kerk werd herbouwd in 1736 en de klokken dateren uit 2000. Het heeft een monumentaal kruis uit 1784. Het staat sinds 13 maart 1924 op de monumentenlijst.
