De gîte ligt op tuinniveau van het huis van de eigenaren, met onafhankelijke toegang via een buitentrap. Het ligt op 1,2 km van het dorp Souraide en 3,7 km van Espelette.
Het appartement is comfortabel en ruim.
Dagkamer met volledig ingerichte keukenhoek (inductiekookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvak, magnetron), woonkamer, zithoek, slaapgedeelte gescheiden door een glazen dak (1 tweepersoonsbed), doucheruimte/wc (wasmachine/droger).
Privé terras met tuinmeubelen met uitzicht op het platteland. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar.
Bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst, handdoeken en huishoudlinnen aanwezig. Elektrische verwarming inbegrepen.
De gîte is ideaal gelegen om de Baskische kust en het binnenland te verkennen. Het meer van St Pée-sur-Nivelle ligt op 6,2 km (accrobranche, tyrolienne, kanoën, enz.), en de stranden van St Jean-de-Luz liggen op 20 km.
