In het hart van de Périgord Noir, in Les Eyzies, op 25 km van Sarlat, dicht bij opmerkelijke toeristische en prehistorische sites, ligt de gîte Légal in een beschermde bosomgeving waar rust en stilte verzekerd zijn. Deze gloednieuwe gîte in houtskeletbouw van 80 m² is geschikt voor personen met beperkte mobiliteit. Wij verwelkomen alleen geleide- en hulphonden. De accommodatie bestaat uit een grote, lichte woonkamer (met salon, eetkamer, ingerichte keuken), 3 ruime slaapkamers (elk met 2 eenpersoonsbedden) en een toegankelijke doucheruimte met WC. Zomer- en wintercomfort met omkeerbare airconditioning. Wasmachine, wasdroger, strijkplank en strijkijzer. Overdekt terras, tuinmeubelen, plancha. Verwarmd privé zwembad met terras, ligweide van 30m². Privé en schaduwrijke parkeerplaats.
