Les Magnolias is een landgoed van 2,5 hectare aan de oevers van de Dordogne. Het ligt aan de rand van het bastidestadje Lalinde, in een authentieke streek waar de tijd lijkt te hebben stilgestaan. De gite Montravel is gevestigd in een voormalig wijnpakhuis (chai) uit de 18e eeuw. De gite ligt aan de zuidkant van de Dordogne. Er is een woonkamer met een 'open' keuken, een slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een grote slaapkamer, voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed van 2 meter bij 1,40 meter.
