Mooie en rustige gîte in een groene en bloemrijke omgeving. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar via de snelweg (2km), de trein (500m), of de luchthaven (40km. Luchthavenvervoer op aanvraag). Schoon, licht, zonnig huis met gemakkelijke toegang naar buiten. Omheind en beveiligd terrein. Winkels zijn heel dichtbij: groente/fruit, slagerij, viswinkel op 300m, bakker op 700m, Auchan op 1km. Fietspad op 100m van het huis naar Arcachon, Arès-le Cap Ferret, of Bazas (Landes bos). Het dichtstbijzijnde strand is Audenge op 5 km, daarna Arcachon of Andernos (18 tot 20 km). De oceaan ligt op 25 km afstand, evenals de Dune du Pilat. Biganos is een ideaal kruispunt naar het zuiden van het bekken (Arcachon, Pilat), het noorden (Ares, Cap Ferret), het oosten (Bordeaux) en het zuiden (Landes bos en regionaal park). Bordeaux ligt op 40 km via de snelweg of 25 minuten met de trein.
