Gîte piacevole e tranquillo, circondato da verde e fiori. Facile accesso in autostrada (2 km), in treno (500 m) o in aeroporto (40 km. Trasporto aeroportuale su richiesta). Casa pulita, luminosa e soleggiata con facile accesso al mondo esterno. Proprietà recintata e sicura. Negozi molto vicini: verdura/frutta, macelleria, pescheria a 300 m, panetteria a 700 m, Auchan a 1 km. Pista ciclabile a 100 m dalla casa per Arcachon, Arès, Cap Ferret o Bazas (foresta delle Landes). La spiaggia più vicina è Audenge a 5 km, poi Arcachon o Andernos (18-20 km). L'oceano è a 25 km, così come la Dune du Pilat. Biganos è un crocevia ideale per escursioni verso il sud della baia (Arcachon, il Pilat) o il nord (Ares, Cap Ferret), l'est (Bordeaux) e il sud (foresta e parco regionale delle Landes). Bordeaux dista 40 km in autostrada o 25 minuti in treno.
