Aan de vooravond van de Revolutie van 1789 is er geen priester meer in de plaats en die zal er ook niet meer zijn. Sinds 1811 is Haute-Sierck een zelfstandig bijgebouw van de gemeente en parochie Kerling-les-Sierck.
