Een Baskisch-Béarnse bistro waar iedereen (of bijna iedereen) elkaar kent, van de ochtendkoffie tot het biertje aan het eind van de dag.
Alleen 's middags eten, eenvoudig en lokaal. Dagschotel en formules, kindermenu en seizoensgebonden streekmenu. Reserveren is niet nodig, maar een goed humeur is een must, met een mooi terras op het zuiden omzoomd met palmbomen en de hele dag open. Binnen is er airconditioning. Een bezoek aan de Bar à Bord, bij stamgasten bekend als "le BAB", voor of na het winkelen, is een must.
