Op de D940, vlakbij de quatres routes d'Albussac, in de richting van Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. Deze rotswand domineert het landschap op een hoogte van 636 m. Het is waarschijnlijk een oude Gallische oppidum, ooit omgeven door een ovale omheining gevormd door muren of natuurlijke rotsen tot 115 m in diameter ... De oude grachten zijn nu bedekt met heide. Volgens de legende gooide Roland, de neef van Karel de Grote, zijn zwaard, de Durandal, vanaf de top helemaal naar Rocamadour... Sinds 1880 is Roche de vic gewijd aan de Maagd Maria. De kapel op de top wordt nog steeds bekroond door een beeld van de Heilige Maria. Elk jaar op 15 augustus brengt een bedevaart honderden mensen samen. De oriëntatietafel biedt een panoramisch uitzicht van 360 graden.
