Dit ruime, vrijstaande huis met karakter en een eigen tuin ligt in de Haute Corrèze, in het hart van een groen vakantieoord. Het biedt je het plezier van rust en stilte, terwijl je toch dicht bij een breed scala aan vrijetijdsactiviteiten bent. In Neuvic kun je bijvoorbeeld profiteren van het Lac de la Triouzoune, dat het label "Europese Blauwe Vlag" en "Handiplage" heeft gekregen en een breed scala aan watersporten, zwemmen onder toezicht en golf biedt. Ook een bezoek waard: Het Château de Val en de stuwdam en orgels van Bort-les-Orgues. In de winter zijn de skigebieden van Le Mont-Dore en Chastreix vlakbij (ongeveer 50 minuten).
