Het Domaine d'Assantza is een van de oudste plaatsen in Cambo. Het omvatte een groot deel van het plateau van Upper Cambo, inclusief de kerk. Het gaf zijn eerste naam aan het dorp, volgens een document uit 1199. De naam Cambo verscheen pas in 1350. Deze plaats werd in 2012 door de gemeente aangekocht om het aan Cultuur te wijden. Naast tijdelijke tentoonstellingen zijn er twee permanente tentoonstellingen. Het eerste is gewijd aan de schilder Pablo Tillac, het tweede aan de beeldhouwer Jesús Echevarria, twee kunstenaars die in Cambo leefden.
