Het huis ligt in een landelijk dorpje vlakbij het stadje Mérinchal 23420, perfect voor een rustig uitje. Er zijn 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers en er kunnen comfortabel 4 volwassenen slapen. Het is een zelfstandige accommodatie en je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Er is toegang tot het balkon vanuit de woonkamer met prachtig uitzicht over het platteland. De woning is op zichzelf staand en maakt deel uit van een verbouwde schuur met een eigen aparte ingang en parkeerplaats.
De keuken is uitgerust met een koelkast met vriesvak, wasmachine, oven, kookplaat, afzuigkap, magnetron, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster.
Er is een comfortabele mezzanine in slaapkamer 2, ideaal om te lezen of gewoon te ontspannen.
De gîte is niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de 12 jaar.
