Het huis heeft twee slaapkamers, elk met een eigen doucheruimte en toilet. Je kunt genieten van de volledig omheinde tuin met buitenmeubilair.

Op een steenworp afstand van het huis kun je wandelen rond het meer en profiteren van de winkels van Bugeat.
Attracties in de buurt zijn het meer van Viam, de stad Treignac (met het label Petites Cités de Caractère®), het veen van Longeyroux, het verlaten dorp Clédat en de kerk met rieten daken van Lestards...
