La Villa du Tertre verwelkomt je van april tot oktober in zijn grote, charmante gîte van 225 m2 voor 10 personen. Het is gelegen op de Fronsac tertre midden in de wijngaarden, met een prachtig uitzicht over de Isle vallei en Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Libourne en Fronsac.
Het is gerenoveerd in 2023 en ligt op een terrein van 3.800 m2 waar je kunt genieten van allerlei activiteiten, zoals tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis, jeu de boules, badminton, darts, voetbal en basketbal.
Je kunt ook profiteren van de vele culturele, sportieve, gastronomische en ecologische activiteiten in de buurt. Wandelroutes beginnen op enkele meters van de villa en leiden je door de wijngaarden.
Er is privé-parkeerplaats op het terrein, Wi-Fi internetverbinding en tal van andere faciliteiten.
