Het Hôtel du Palais Biarritz, onderdeel van de Unbound Collection by Hyatt, gebouwd in 1854 aan de Grande Plage als een teken van liefde van Napoleon III aan zijn vrouw Eugénie, is een levende getuigenis van de geschiedenis van Biarritz.
