Het terroir van de Gorges du Tarn en de Cevennen heeft de afgelopen tien jaar ook een opleving van de wijnbouw gezien, vooral op de zonnige hellingen van de Gorges. Met witte, rosé en rode wijnen is er voor ieder wat wils Domaine des Cabridelles en Domaine de Gabalie nodigen je uit om hun kelders in het dorp Ispagnac te bezoeken, net stroomopwaarts van de Gorges du Tarn.
