Op slechts 100 meter van een rivier en 300 meter van een vijver van 33 hectare, geklasseerd als ecologisch reservaat Natura 2000 (Etang de Murat), is de site een paradijs voor natuurliefhebbers, waar je ongerepte flora en fauna kunt observeren en kunt genieten van rustige wandelingen. De gîte is een charmant huis gelegen aan het einde van een klein gehucht op het platteland, met uitzicht op een terras beschermd door een luifel, een omheind gebied dat toegang geeft tot een grotere weide en de rivier beneden.
