Huis genesteld in de holte van een rots, gebouwd aan het eind van de 19e eeuw en geheel gerestaureerd.
Dit huis biedt charme en comfort. Gelegen op 2 km van Agonac, een dorp gelegen op een heuvel met uitzicht op de vallei van de Beauronne, een zijrivier van de Isle.
Er zijn nog veel molens op de Beauronne, zoals de molen van Bordes in het centrum van het dorp.
Op ongeveer 15 minuten afstand kunt u Périgueux ontdekken, een stad van kunst en geschiedenis, Brantôme, bekend als het Venetië van de Périgord, Villars met zijn grotten, Bourdeilles en Saint-Jean-de-Côle (een van de mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk)
