Esta casa ofrece encanto y comodidad. Situado a 2 km de Agonac, un pueblo situado en una colina que domina el valle del Beauronne, un arroyo afluente del Isle.
En el Beauronne siguen existiendo muchos molinos, como el de Bordes, en el centro del pueblo.
A unos 15 minutos, podrá descubrir Périgueux, ciudad de arte e historia, Brantôme, conocida como la Venecia del Périgord, Villars con sus cuevas, Bourdeilles y Saint-Jean-de-Côle (uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Francia)
