Uit de oudheid ontdekken we de kerk Saint-Rémi, die dateert uit 1750, of de fontein uit 1864, gewijd aan Saint-Quirin. Het gebouw herinnert aan het martelaarschap van de Romeinse officier die zich tot het christendom bekeerde en wiens lichaam in een meer werd gegooid: "Het water van dit meer had therapeutische deugden... evenals de fontein van het dorp, die, in combinatie met een plant, ook geneeskrachtige deugden had voor de huid... Het was door deze waarnemingen dat het lot van deze man in verband werd gebracht met de fontein, die dankzij de mecenassen van Charnois in blauwe steen werd hersteld
