Bij de ingang van de middeleeuwse stad Lescar, in de benedenstad, vind je een traditionele brasserie en pizzeria in een moderne, lichte en gezellige omgeving.
De chef gebruikt alleen verse producten en het menu verandert elke dag, met gerechten die afhankelijk van het seizoen worden bereid. Voor alle gerechten wordt uitsluitend Frans vlees gebruikt. Op het menu staan gastronomische salades en lokale producten zoals Magret de canard (eendenborst)... . Bovendien serveert de brasserie 's ochtends lekkere hapjes, inclusief koffie: ventrèche, gebakken eieren, kaas... alles vergezeld van lekker boerenbrood! Je kunt alle gerechten ook bestellen om mee te nemen! en opeten op het schaduwrijke terras...
