De meeste van onze producten zijn zelfgemaakt en allemaal biologisch.
Cœur Glacé biedt niet minder dan 48 smaken ijs en sorbets, om te eten of om mee te nemen.
De ijsjes en sorbets worden gemaakt door Terre Adélice, een traditioneel bedrijf uit de Ardéchois, opgericht in 1996, dat respect heeft voor mens en natuur. Grondstoffen zijn goed voor 60-70% van de samenstelling van de meeste smaken. Het selecteert de beste producten die lokaal op de markt zijn: vers fruit dat rijp wordt geoogst, volle melk, chocolade, enz. Het maakt zijn eigen puree en produceert alle taarten in zijn smaken, zoals speculaas en koekjes, in zijn eigen atelier. Deze producten zijn gecertificeerd door Certipaq bio.
