De geur van koffiebonen als je door de deur loopt, daarna prikkelt de geur van sudderend eten het puntje van je neus. Een toonbank die bijna 100 jaar oud is, prachtige bistrotafels in hout en marmer, jazz, lounge of zelfs 30's muziek, concerten, tentoonstellingen, proeverijen en een ruime keuze aan wijnen en bieren, in een brasserie sfeer. Het merendeel van ons menu bestaat uit huisgemaakte producten van lokale producenten en verandert gedurende de week naargelang de markt en de chef.
