Sébastien Dufraisse, opgeleid bij "Emile" en na een gediversifieerde carrière in de restaurantwereld, heeft zijn droom waargemaakt met de opening van zijn eigen restaurant in het hart van de Lauragais.
Het is zijn passie om zijn originele en genereuze seizoenskeuken met zoveel mogelijk mensen te delen.
