Een ruime keuze aan hartige pannenkoeken met speciale vegetarische exemplaren. Zoete pannenkoeken en de specialiteit: gegrild lamsvlees uit de Pyreneeën geserveerd met griesmeel, biologische groenten en rauwkost.
In de zomer elke dag geopend van 7.30 tot 19.30 uur en talrijke avondevenementen.
