Elektrische verwarming inbegrepen (vaste prijs). Overdekte carport, beveiligde fietsenstalling. Omheinde privétuin (174 m²) met terras aan de achterzijde, gemeenschappelijke tuin aan de voorzijde. Wifi toegang. Dorpsfeest in de buurt van de gîte tijdens het 1e weekend van juni. Verplichte schoonmaakkosten: €40. Huisdieren niet toegestaan.
