Frédélian werd in 1939 opgericht aan de Boulevard de la Plage in Cap Ferret en staat bekend om zijn cannelés, macarons en petits fours. Mensen komen hier ook voor het ontbijt of de brunch, of rond theetijd om te knabbelen op een baba met room of slagroom, pralinelolly's, een wafel of een crêpe. Je kunt ook een "train de plaisir cracker ijs", de beroemde "Paris - Cap Ferret", bonbons en andere lekkernijen voor het avonddessert. Ze komen hier ook om te knabbelen op de kenmerkende gerechten tijdens de lunch.
