Choucrouterie Laurent is de leider op de Franse zuurkoolmarkt. De kolen worden sinds 1906 geteeld in en rond Blignicourt, in het hart van de Champagnestreek, in een ongerepte omgeving. Dit unieke terroir, gecombineerd met voorouderlijke knowhow, maakt het mogelijk om een uitzonderlijke zuurkool te produceren die bijzonder mild en licht is.
