Die Choucrouterie Laurent ist Marktführer auf dem französischen Sauerkrautmarkt. Der Kohl wird seit 1906 in Blignicourt und Umgebung, im Herzen der Champagne, in einer geschützten Umgebung angebaut. Dieses einzigartige Terroir in Verbindung mit einem überlieferten Know-how ermöglicht die Herstellung eines außergewöhnlichen Sauerkrauts, das besonders mild und leicht ist.
