Een groep oude vrienden kocht dit oude café waar ze vroeger hun jeugdige gewoonten hadden en veranderde het in een gîte met grote capaciteit.
Gelegen in het hart van de stad Nogaro en Armagnac, is deze gîte geschikt voor 15 personen, ideaal om tijd door te brengen met vrienden of voor familiebijeenkomsten.
Vele activiteiten zijn mogelijk in de omgeving: Paul Armagnac circuit voor liefhebbers van auto-, motor- of vrachtwagenraces van nationaal en internationaal niveau, Velorail activiteit, acrobatisch park, festivals, wandelen, wijngaarden, gastronomie ....
Een omheinde buitenruimte van 2000 M² met een beveiligd zwembad van 8mX4m, een volleybal- en petanquebaan zal jong en oud verrukken voor momenten van spel en ontspanning.
