Een eersteklas observatorium. Deze site is een zeer interessant gezichtspunt. Deze locatie, 60 meter boven de Aisne, met een steile helling, maakt het inderdaad tot een eersteklas observatorium, dat de Duitsers tijdens de oorlog als zodanig hadden gebruikt. De waarnemer kan een zeer breed gebied van de vallei van de Aisne zien over bijna 180°; vijftien dorpen, vrij ver van elkaar, kunnen worden gezien zonder het terrein te verlaten. In de omgeving vindt u het Rimbaud ontdekkingspad en het startpunt voor een wandeling over de Crêtes.
