Deze kunstenares houdt van kleur en glas in lood, vooral wanneer het licht door voorwerpen schijnt.
Joanne is ontwerpster sinds 2005 en maakt kleine decoratieve voorwerpen (sieradendoosjes, zonneschermen, kaarsenhouders en tuinornamenten) volgens de "Tiffany-methode", maar ook vrijstaande panelen en raampanelen volgens de traditionele hoofdmethode.
Naast haar creaties kun je ook grotere creaties bestellen, want ze betrekt je er graag zoveel mogelijk bij om een uniek en persoonlijk object te garanderen.
Haar inspiratie haalt ze uit de natuur: bloemen (modellen in plassen na een strenge vorst), de vorm van bomen (hun knopen en schors), landschappen en natuurlijk haar eigen fantasie.
Wanneer ze maar kan, gebruikt ze gerecyclede materialen. Voor haar is het een manier om een voorwerp nieuw leven in te blazen.
