In het zuiden van het departement, in het hart van het Regionale Natuurpark van de Périgord Limousin, is deze oude stenen schuur volledig gerenoveerd door de familie Knipe, die Brits is en in een aangrenzend huis woont. De gîte heeft een eigen ingang, een groot terrein en terras, en is volledig onafhankelijk. Een verwarmd zwembad (12x5 m) wordt gedeeld met de eigenaren en is geopend van begin mei tot eind september, als het weer het toelaat.
