Fruit en groenten van topkwaliteit die dagelijks worden ingekocht, veel lokale producten die met zorg worden uitgekozen en waarbij de voorkeur wordt gegeven aan korte circuits:

baskische paté souletin
espelette peper,
huisgemaakte en lokale Axoa,
kaas van schapenmelk van kleine producenten,
amatxi jam,
ederki-producten, ?
Smakelijke, uitgebreide cateringgerechten om je maaltijden op te fleuren.
