Binnenin zijn het schip (met kleine openingen in de voorgevel) en zijn twee zijden niet gewelfd, terwijl het koor en de apsis gekruist zijn.
In het gebouw zijn verschillende soorten werken bewaard gebleven zoals beelden uit de 14e eeuw (Maagd met kind) en vooral uit de 16e eeuw (Saint-Lyé, Saint-Claude, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Christus in majesteit, Maagd van Barmhartigheid, ...), een stenen bas-reliëf met scènes uit het leven van de Maagd en een gebeeldhouwde houten heiligdom voor de relikwieën van Saint-Lyé, beiden uit de 16e eeuw.
